Following an official invitation addressed to the Executive Office of Africa Without Borders (AWB), an institutional meeting was held on January 28, 2026, with the Habeşistan Development and Cooperation Association). This meeting provided an opportunity for in-depth exchange between the two organizations. Each structure made a detailed presentation of its institutional identity, its founding philosophy, its strategic vision as well as its medium and long-term objectives. In this context, the AWB delegation, led by President Moussa Hissein Moussa, presented its long-term missions in a structured manner, emphasizing its ambition to strengthen pan-African cooperation through organized and sustainable mechanisms. The functioning of the AWB Ambassadors Network as well as that of the Council of International Representatives were presented in detail, highlighting the institutional architecture put in place to ensure effective coordination of activities on a continental and international scale. The main initiatives carried out to date by AWB were also reviewed. For his part, Mr. Sabahadine Seman, President of Habeşistan Development and Cooperation Association shared an overview of past actions as well as the projects that his association plans to implement in the coming months. The discussions made it possible to identify strategic convergences and examine potential opportunities for collaboration between the two organizations. An in-depth discussion focused in particular on the programs currently in the planning phase by the Association. The possibility of developing these initiatives within a structured partnership framework with AWB was raised and discussed. The proposals presented were favorably received by the AWB delegation.
