AWB Executive Office meets with the Ambassador of Burkina Faso in Turkey

On February 13, 2026, a delegation from the Executive Office of Africa Without Borders (AWB), led by President Moussa Hissein Moussa, was received in audience in Ankara by H.E.M. Vinta Somé, Ambassador of Burkina Faso to Türkiye. This meeting is part of the strengthening of AWB's institutional relations with African diplomatic representations. Institutional presentation of AWB During the hearing, the delegation made a detailed presentation of the vision and structure of Africa Without Borders. Members highlighted the international character of the organization, its pan-African philosophy as well as its institutional independence. It was emphasized that AWB relies exclusively on membership fees and the voluntary support of African supporters, thus guaranteeing complete financial and philosophical autonomy. This independence constitutes, according to the delegation, a fundamental principle ensuring the coherence and credibility of the action carried out. Youth engagement in the face of geopolitical changes The discussions also focused on the need for increased engagement of African youth in a context marked by profound geopolitical transformations. The delegation insisted on the fact that at a time when international dynamics are evolving rapidly, only a structured patriotic and pan-African commitment can serve as a guiding principle to meet the continent's contemporary challenges. The members recalled that African youth must develop a collective strategic consciousness, capable of thinking of Africa as a sovereign, united space and full actor in the international system.
