AWB strengthens academic dialogue with Ankara University of Social Sciences

As part of its institutional activities in Ankara, the Executive Office of Africa Without Borders (AWB) carried out a strategic visit to the Ankara University of Social Sciences on February 9, 2026. The delegation was received by Mürsel Bayram, Head of the Department of African Studies at Ankara Social Sciences University. The discussions focused on the evolution of African studies, the new political, economic and social dynamics on the continent, as well as the growing engagement of African youth in pan-African movements on a global scale. During the meeting, the AWB delegation, led by AWB President Moussa Hissein Moussa, presented the strategic vision of the organization, its current projects and its initiatives in favor of strengthening the capacities of young Africans, both academically and socio-professionally. This meeting, in which the Vice-President Ms. Sarah Kenthia Budengeri, the Coordinator of Academic Activities Dr. Souandaou Athoumani Ali and the General Coordinator of Activities Mr. Baye Gora Seck took part, is part of AWB's desire to consolidate the bridges between the academic world and Pan-African dynamics contemporary, while encouraging intellectual production more connected to current African realities.
