Africa Without Borders 4th General Assembly

The 4th General Assembly of Africa Without Borders (AWB) represents a major statutory milestone in the life of the organization. It is part of a process of institutional consolidation, democratic renewal of leadership bodies, and strategic projection toward a new phase of development. This General Assembly will first be dedicated to the presentation and review of the moral, administrative, and financial reports of the outgoing mandate. This assessment will make it possible to evaluate the actions undertaken, the achievements made, and the challenges encountered, within a framework of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Secondly, the Assembly will proceed with the election of a new Executive Bureau, in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations of the organization. This electoral process aims to ensure democratic, inclusive, and representative governance capable of carrying forward the pan-African vision of AWB and strengthening its organizational effectiveness. Finally, the 4th General Assembly will serve as a privileged space for strategic consultations among members, with a view to defining new orientations, priorities, and objectives for the upcoming mandate. These exchanges will help align the collective vision, reinforce internal cohesion, and establish a roadmap adapted to the contemporary challenges facing the African continent and its youth. The 4th General Assembly of Africa Without Borders thus seeks to be a space for assessment, decision-making, and forward-looking action, in service of unity, responsibility, and pan-African engagement beyond borders.
