Africa Without Borders, in collaboration with the Association of Old and New Congolese Students in Turkey, successfully organized the Masolo Ya Congo program. The Mosolo ya Congo program began with an opening speech by Daula Abdoul Djimmy, president of the Association of Old and New Congolese Students in Turkey, followed by the intervention of Dr. Souandaou Athoumani Ali, vice-president of Africa Without Borders. This program aimed to analyze the historical context of the ongoing war in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the root causes of the outbreak of conflicts, the resulting forced migration movements, as well as current developments in the country. As part of the event, a conference was held to comprehensively examine the political, social and humanitarian dimensions of the ongoing conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The interventions focused in particular on the impact of the war on national stability, the major humanitarian crises facing the civilian population, as well as the repercussions of the conflict on regional security. The program was carried out thanks to the joint contribution of old and new Congolese students in Turkey, providing a platform for quality reflection aimed at promoting knowledge sharing, strengthening awareness and consolidating the spirit of solidarity. This collaboration constitutes a concrete illustration of Africa Without Borders’ commitment to peace, critical consciousness and solidarity within the diaspora.
