Protocol and Opening Addresses The program opened with formal addresses by the presidents and representatives of the organizing student associations. Panel: Pan-Africanism in the face of Contemporary Sociopolitical Dynamics Entitled “Pan-Africanism in the face of Contemporary Sociopolitical Dynamics”, the panel analyzed in depth the social, economic and political challenges facing the African continent and its diasporas.
