AWB at TRT World Forum 2024

Africa Without Borders participated in the TRT World 2024 Forum, organized on November 29 and 30, 2024 at the Istanbul Congress Center. Placed under the theme “A world on the verge of rupture: managing crises and transformations”, this two-day forum constituted a major international platform dedicated to the analysis and discussion of contemporary social, political and humanitarian challenges. Throughout the event, members of the AWB union actively participated in numerous panels, conferences and workshops on various themes such as social transformation, global responsibility, media perspectives, humanitarian action, youth engagement and peacebuilding. These exchanges allowed participants to benefit from in-depth analyzes and a multidimensional understanding of current global issues. As part of the forum, the delegation also visited several TRT World institutional stands, providing the opportunity to better understand media initiatives, dissemination strategies and international communication networks. Furthermore, the event promoted opportunities for dialogue and networking with young leaders, representatives of civil society, journalists and academics from diverse backgrounds. Overall, Africa Without Borders' participation in the TRT World 2024 Forum strengthened its international vision and reaffirmed its commitment to dialogue, knowledge sharing and global cooperation in the face of the common challenges of our time.
