AWB at the General Assembly of the Association of Chadian Students in Türkiye, Cyprus and Azerbaijan

Africa Without Borders participated in the general assembly organized on February 23, 2025 at the Çemberlitaş Youth Center by the Association of Chadian Students in Turkey, Cyprus and Azerbaijan. This meeting constituted a space for dialogue and exchanges around various academic and cultural themes affecting the lives of Chadian students in the region. As part of the program, the association addressed several topics related to training, culture and community dynamics. For its part, Africa Without Borders contributed through a panel entitled “The role of African youth in the diaspora: knowledge, responsibility and determination”, during which the organization presented an in-depth analysis of the role that African youth assume within the diaspora. The discussions highlighted the importance of knowledge as a tool for emancipation, responsibility as a driver of collective action and determination as an essential condition for strengthening the African presence in academic, social and professional spaces. At the end of the program, the Association of Chadian Students held its internal elections and announced the composition of its new board of directors, thus marking a new stage in its organization and the continuity of its activities.
