AWB Ambassador to Somalia Visits AWB Executive Office in Turkiye

Africa Without Borders held a meeting with AWB Ambassador to Somalia, H.E. Sirad Jacfer Mohammed, who paid a courtesy visit to the Center and the AWB Representation in Istanbul as part of his diplomatic activities in Turkiye. During the interview, the President of AWB, Mr. Djaranabi Djibrine Al Djazouli, presented a detailed presentation on the current situation of the organization, its areas of intervention as well as its strategic plans for the future. The Ambassador of Somalia, for her part, shared relevant analyzes on the current situation in Somalia as well as the political, economic and governance dynamics that cross the African continent. Ambassador Mohammed stressed that Africa today more than ever needs visionary, responsible youth driven by a deep sense of patriotism. She highlighted the importance of Africa Without Borders' mission for the continent, indicating that the actions carried out and to come constitute a source of inspiration and an essential guide for young people. She also recalled that training and supporting committed youth with a view to building a better future represents a common responsibility. At the end of the meeting, the two parties expressed their common desire to strengthen their collaboration, closing the exchange in a warm and constructive atmosphere.
